1. Our services

S3XY Detailers provides premium mobile car detailing, with a focus on Tesla and other electric vehicles, in the Central Florida service area. Services include washes, interior and exterior detailing, paint preservation, and related care as described on our website. Specific offerings, packages, and pricing may change at any time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase a membership.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Memberships & billing

• Monthly memberships. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate disclosed when you enroll, until cancelled.
• Limited availability. Membership is intentionally capped (currently at 60 vehicles). When full, enrollment closes and a waitlist may open for future availability.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider (Stripe). By purchasing a membership you authorize the recurring monthly charge to your selected payment method until you cancel.
• Unlimited washes. Where a plan is described as "unlimited," you may book washes as often as you like within our service area for the flat monthly price, subject to reasonable scheduling availability and these Terms.
• Gratuity. Tips are appreciated but never required; your membership covers the services described.
• Price changes. We may change membership pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to billing periods after the notice.

4. Cancellation, freeze & refunds

• Cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You may cancel before your next billing date, and you will not be charged for the following period.
• Freeze/pause. Instead of cancelling, you may request to pause (freeze) your membership to keep your spot and locked-in pricing. Let us know before your billing date.
• No partial refunds. Memberships are not pro-rated; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period, except where required by law or expressly agreed.

5. Scheduling & access

• Services are scheduled by appointment and subject to availability, weather, and our service-area boundaries.
• For mobile service, you are responsible for providing safe, legal, and reasonable access to your vehicle, along with access to water and power if required for the service.
• Please remove valuables and personal items before service; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Missed appointments or lack of access may require rescheduling.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, let us know within 24 hours of service and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee covers the quality of the detailing service and does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; interfering with the site's operation; submitting false information; or using the services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the S3XY Detailers name, logo, text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S3XY Detailers and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated version here. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
